The '''Anxious Sprout''' ({{j|ソダチノコ|Sodachi No Ko|Child of Growth}}) is a [[treasure]] found in {{p2}} and {{p4}}. It is a {{w|bamboo}} sprout. In ''Pikmin 2'', the treasure is found on sublevel 5 of the [[Bulblax Kingdom]], a sublevel known for its extreme darkness, [[Dwarf Orange Bulborb]]s, [[Orange Bulborb]]s, and its maze-like layout along with many [[Bomb rock|bomb-rocks]]. The Anxious Sprout is also present in two Challenge Mode levels: Once in the [[Novice Training]], sublevel 1 and once in the [[Hot House]], sublevel 1.

In ''Pikmin 4'', it is likewise found in a dangerous cave, the [[Kingdom of Beasts]] on sublevel 2, and is once again found buried, this time entirely. It is also present in the [[Giant's Hearth]] near two [[Dwarf Bulbear]]s. Additionally, it is present in 3 Dandori Challenge levels: Once in the [[Rockaway Cellars]], three times in the [[Oasis of Order]] and once in the 8th Story of the [[Trial of the Sage Leaf]].

It is mostly buried in the ground, with only a small tip visible. Use [[White Pikmin]] to quickly [[dig]] it out. Be careful while digging it out, because there is a good chance this will trigger a bomb-rock to fall onto your working Pikmin.

There is an Anxious Sprout completely buried near the southeastern corner of sublevel 2 of the [[Kingdom of Beasts]]. It can be located with the [[Treasure Gauge]] or [[Oatchi]]. It is guarded by an [[Orange Bulborb]], which should be defeated before attempting to collect this treasure, although it is not strictly necessary. To collect this treasure, you must throw 10 Pikmin in its vicinity.

It is half-buried in a mound of ash near the mid-north of the overworld. It is guarded by two [[Dwarf Bulbear]]s, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 10 Pikmin at it. This treasure actually was buried by [[Louie]] according to the [[Pikmin 4 voyage log##4Snacks that Grow|Snacks that Grow]] Voyage Log.
