Editing Insect Condo

The '''Insect Condo''' ({{j|バグズ・キングダム|Baguzu Kingudamu|Bugs' Kingdom}}) is a [[treasure]] in ''[[Pikmin 2]]'' and ''[[Pikmin 4]]'', and a [[fruit]] in ''[[Pikmin 3]]''. It is an {{w|apple}}.  

In ''Pikmin 2'', it is located on sublevel 5 of the [[Dream Den]] inside of a Fiery Bulblax. It is also located in the game's Challenge Mode levels: Once in the [[Novice Training]] and once in the [[Green Hole]].

In ''Pikmin 3'', it is located in the [[Twilight River]] inside of the Burrowing Snagret. It can also be found in the game's Mission Mode levels: Once in the [[Tropical Forest]], four times in the [[Silver Lake]], three times in the [[Thirsty Desert]], seven times in the [[Twilight Hollow]], once in the [[Shaded Garden]], twice in the [[Silver Lake Remix]], three times in the [[Thirsty Desert Remix]], seven times in the [[Fortress of Festivity]] and once in [[The Rustyard]].

In ''Pikmin 4'', it is located once on sublevel 4 of the [[Engulfed Castle]] and once in sublevel 2 of the [[Frozen Inferno]]. It can also be found in the game's Dandori Battles and once in the 8th Story of the [[Trial of the Sage Leaf]].

 

In all games, the notes for this fruit imply that it is contaminated with parasites.

There is an Insect Condo inside of a [[Startle Spore]] in the northeastern room of sublevel 4 of the [[Engulfed Castle]]. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Startle Spore, then throw 12 Pikmin at it.

There is an Insect Condo behind a [[crystal wall]] in the northwestern corner of sublevel 2 of the [[Frozen Inferno]], so [[Rock Pikmin]] or [[Bomb rock]]s are required to collect it. It is guarded by a [[Frosty Bulborb]] with a [[Dwarf Frosty Bulborb]] nearby, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 12 Pikmin at it.

* The Insect Condos in ''Pikmin 2'' and ''Pikmin 3'' are based off of the {{w|Cripps Pink|Pink Lady}} variety of apple, while the Insect Condo in ''Pikmin 4'' is based off of the {{w|Gala (apple)|Gala}} variety of apple.

* A [[Unused content in Pikmin 2|unused]] icon in ''[[Pikmin 2]]''{{'s}} files would have indicated that a blue apple treasure was going to appear, which was eventually replaced with a green apple treasure (which also has an unused model present) before being eventually finalized as the [[Meat Satchel]].
