Hmm, I'm not sure. Without testing, I'd say you might only have to touch it, as that's what you have to do to get the other plants in the Piklopedia (I think?). I think just adding a section at the end of the candypop family listing that although they have vastly different gameplay features the Onions are still a member of the family. It doesn't seem that big of a problem to warrant an extra page divulging people in two ways. | |||

If I want to read about the family classified in the Piklopedia as the Candypop Family, I'll search for Candypop Family. They're two separate things. Saying they shouldn't be split because it'll cause clutter is kind of missing the point of a wiki. In Pikmin 1 Candypop Buds change 50 Pikmin and then wilt. Just wondering do they go permanatly or respawn after a few days.

I don't think the page needs to be split into two, it'd realistically just add more to the confusion[edit]
I think just adding a section at the end of the candypop family listing that although they have vastly different gameplay features the Onions are still a member of the family. It doesn't seem that big of a problem to warrant an extra page divulging people in two ways.
