Alph

Since this subject has no official name, the name "Alph" is conjectural.

Character A is one of the new characters in Pikmin 3. A is the blue captain that has teal hair similar to Captain Olimar's, a slightly smaller nose compared to most Hocotatians, and rosy cheeks. His eyes are always open, much like when other characters like Olimar or Louie are surprised. Character A's spacesuit has a blue collar in the front which points downwards, with a seam running down the front. Nothing else is known of this character at the the time due to no information being released by Nintendo.

• Character A was the only character playable in the E3 2012 Pikmin 3 demo.

• His eyes are always wide open, like Louie's are when he first sees a Pikmin.

• In the demo, the sound of his whistle is the same as Olimar's in the first two games.
