Detector

The detector menu, accessed via the map.

In Pikmin Bloom, the detector allows the player to find expeditions.

Mechanics

The detector is found on the map screen. It can be used once per day, and recharges at midnight. The player can also recharge the detector with 100 coins.

Using the detector will return between 2 to 5 nearby expeditions. The amount of expeditions found is random.

In addition to finding expeditions, the detector can show the player what types of Decor Pikmin can be found nearby, and where. Up to 5 Decor Pikmin icons will be shown nearby.
