Nintendo Today! is a free, news-based, application released by Nintendo that posts daily Nintendo-related updates, information and announcements related to different Nintendo franchises, software and other things. The app was first revealed in the March 27th, 2025 Nintendo Direct, with the app releasing not too long after the Direct has finished.[1] On September 11th, 2025, the app released in Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan,[2] on December 2nd, 2025 it released in Malaysia[3], Philippines[4], Singapore[5], and Thailand,[6] and on January 19th, 2026-January 20th, 2026 it released in Argentina, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.[7] To use the app, a Nintendo account will be required.[8]

Alarmo Intro
The Alarmo Intro option is about the different musical themes added to the Nintendo Alarmo Clock. It includes a theme from Pikmin 4, which is called "Collecting Treasure". Listeners can hear Pikmin noises when carrying objects, Pikmin being thrown, as well as the theme for the Rescue Command Post.
Decor Pikmin Guide
The Decor Pikmin Guide options shows different Decor Pikmin of different Pikmin types and where to unlock them. An image of the Decor Pikmin in question will be displayed in the center of the screen, with the Pikmin Bloom logo towards the top left. Underneath the Decor Pikmin lies a textbox, which states what they wear and where to find them. Each Decor Pikmin is of a specific Pikmin type, but the type is not written down anywhere. The only main thing affected by their typing is the background color. Their type will be written in brackets. In addition, some appear twice with different Pikmin types. So far, there is:

What's This?
The What's This? option is a minute long quiz on real-world objects, some of which are based off the treasures seen in Pikmin 4. Each video starts with a brief intro lasting 15 seconds. A Red Pikmin can be seen walking from the right, holding a Cupid's Grenade, before dropping it when it reaches the middle of the screen. It then zooms in to the Pikmin, before every other type (sans Ice Pikmin and Glow Pikmin) runs into frame and towards the screen. It ends with the logo appearing above them all "PIKMIN WHAT'S THIS?".
Each video will show an up-close shot of the object in question, with there being 3 shots in total. Each shot lasts about 10 seconds, and one all 3 have passed, the object will be revealed. During the last 3 seconds of each video, for the first 26 videos, an in-game clip of the object's game-counterpart. From video 27 onwards, these last 3 second instead show a specific enemy.
