The Sweet Torrent (ライトニングスイーツ?, lit.: "Lightning Sweets") is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is an éclair with a chocolate frosting, pink glaze, and white beaded sprinkles. It can be found in the Plunder Palace's 5th sublevel, one of the Hero's Hideaway's caves. It can also be found twice in 2 different Dandori Challenges: Dandori Day Care and Hotshock Canyon.

The Sweet Torrent is sitting atop a high-up table alongside a Disguised Delicacy near the center of sublevel 5 of the Plunder Palace. To get to it, you will need access to the raised pathways going in a square, and then ride on a floating platform that can take you up to the top of the table.
Upon approaching the treasure, a Puffy Blowhog will descend from the ceiling and attack you, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. It can be carried with the strength of 10 Pikmin, but the Giant Breadbug may attempt to steal it, in which case you will need to either damage it or best it in tug-of-war. The risk of the Giant Breadbug stealing the treasure can be avoided by carrying the treasure with the strength of 31 Pikmin.
