Notes

Schnauz's Notes

This food item looks for all the world like it's wearing a belt around its middle. Fashion choices aside, it tastes like heaven! The yellow part-whatever it may be- is suprisingly sweet and delicious. Maybe more of our foodstuffs should wear a belt?

Olimar's Notes

I understand the white granular parts on the bottom to be fish eggs. One time when I went fishing with my son, we caught a fish who was carrying eggs like these. It was a revelatory moment for him to see how life can differ from species to species.

Louie's Notes

A more sophisticated palette will appreciate the notes of umami in the yellow sponge-like layer.
