There is a Hoop of Passion lying on the ground at the center of sublevel 1 of the Engulfed Castle. To collect this treasure, you must first lower the iron fences by pressing the button in the northwestern corner, then throw 3 Pikmin at it.
The Mud Pit
There is a Hoop of Passion lying in the mud near the center of Subarea 1 of The Mud Pit. To collect this treasure, you must throw 3 Pikmin at it.
