The Refreshing Goo (メモリアル・ブルー?, lit.: "Memorial Blue") is a treasure in Pikmin 4 located in the Last-Frost Cavern. It is actually a tube of light blue acrylic paint. Its location and color allude to Ice Pikmin, since the Last-Frost Cavern is likely the first place players will encounter Ice Pikmin in.
Collecting the treasure
The Refreshing Goo is hidden under some leaves near the hydro jelly blocking the exit, inside of the first and only sublevel of the Last-Frost Cavern. Before it is recovered, the enemies on the way should be dealt with, at least the Male Sheargrubs, and the paper bag should be pushed down for faster transport.
