The Olfactory Sculpture is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is a lit scented pillar candle with red-yellow-white colored layers of wax. The flame of the candle is an actual fire hazard and will ignite any non-Red Pikmin that touch it.

Collecting the treasure

The following article or section contains guides.
The strategies shown are just suggestions.

The Olfactory Sculpture is isolated on the western edge of sublevel 2 of the Below-Grade Discotheque. To collect this treasure, you must ride on the platform to the cave's northwest, and during the ride throw 10 Pikmin at it, preferably Yellow Pikmin, across the bottomless pit.

Notes

Schnauz's notes

You can't see the artistry at work here with your eyes, but take a deep breath, and your nose will behold the power and beauty at once. One whiff, and your heart will light up! Surely this gorgeous olfactory sculpture belongs in an art gallery!

Olimar's notes

It's a multisensory art experience! You've got the flicker of the flame, the texture of the body, and that glorious scent that just melts into your surroundings. It's so soothing... and calming... I'm getting a bit sleepy here... Is it a...sleep...devi... Zzz...

Louie's notes

I set it on fire and it melted. Smells yummy, but unfortunately it's inedible.
