Industrial Maze
There is a Stately Rubber Cutie in the second sublevel of the Industrial Maze. Right near the starting base, if you jump north up the two steps, will be some jars nearby with the Stately Rubber Cutie inside. Smash the vases with a rush from Oatchi then retrieve the treasure.
Serene Shores
There are two Stately Rubber Cuties completely submerged in the bottom-left corner of the rightmost body of water in the overworld. They become exposed when the tide is low. To collect them, you must throw 3 Blue Pikmin at each during high tide or 3 Pikmin at each during low tide.

There is a Stately Rubber Cutie inside of an Arachnode’s web left of the center of the overworld. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Arachnode, then throw 3 Pikmin at it.
There are five Stately Rubber Cuties inside the Empress Bulblax in the top right of sublevel 5 of the Cradle of the Beast. To collect these treasures, you must first defeat the Empress Bulblax and all of the Bulborb Larvae it has spawned nearby. Then, throw 3 Pikmin at each treasure.
