Fern family
The fern family is a family of plants in Pikmin 2, and is currently consisted of one sole member, the Fiddlehead. This family is based off of real-life ferns.
It consists of the Violinae genus only.

Fiddleheads are plants that serve as decoration in Pikmin 2. Their name comes from the fact that they resemble the heads of fiddles or violins.
