The Courage Reactor (あいとゆうきリアクター?, lit.: "Love and Courage Reactor") is a battery treasure found in Pikmin 2. In the Switch version it is a fictional "Electric Super Battery", a Duracell D battery in the North American and European GameCube and Wii versions, and a National Hi-Top D battery in the Japanese GameCube and Wii versions. It is the first treasure that is collected in Pikmin 2, and is found partially buried in the Valley of Repose. Upon retrieval, the Hocotate ship is satisfied with the day's work and the first day is completed. While Louie discovers the treasure first, he needs to reunite with Olimar and his Pikmin before it can be lifted and salvaged.

- This article is about the red grub-dog. For other uses, see Bulborb (disambiguation).
The Bulborb (チャッピー?, lit.: "Chappy"), called the Spotty Bulborb in Pikmin and the Red Bulborb (アカチャッピー?, lit.: "Red Chappy") in Pikmin 2, is a common enemy in the Pikmin series. Bulborbs are the most prominent enemies in the franchise, with images and icons of them often being used to represent enemies in general, and appear in all 4 main-series Pikmin games. In Hey! Pikmin, a Bulborb serves as the game's first boss. Bulborbs are the most commonly encountered member of the grub-dog family of enemies.
Bulborbs have pointed snouts, eyes on stalks, and a red back with white spots. They only have two teeth, sharp fangs on either side of their mouth. They are largely nocturnal creatures and spend much of their time sleeping, only waking up when detecting potential prey, or during the night. They are often found sleeping near Dwarf Bulborbs, which are actually members of a different species.

This sublevel has boulders falling from the ceiling, so when going from place to place, be cautious. Have a single leader cause the boulders to fall, preferably on the Dwarf Orange Bulborbs and Orange Bulborbs to kill or severely damage them. After they all have fallen, take your Pikmin and kill any stragglers and collect the treasures. Then have your White Pikmin dig up the Flame Tiller and collect it. There is also an Iridescent Glint Beetle on this sublevel that can be used to harness ultra-spicy sprays for the boss.

Community day
Pikmin Bloom's seventh Community Day occurred on June 21st, 2022. It was themed around roses and lasted for the whole day. Bonuses included:[3]
- Big Flowers bloomed into roses when regular flowers were planted around them.
- Players achieving the 10,000 step goal on this day were rewarded with a special rose flower badge.
- Seedlings in the Planter Pack grew at 1.5 times the usual speed. This effect was stackable with the flower planting multiplier.
- Coins could be obtained at twice the rate while flower planting.
This event was announced on May 5th, 2022.[4] Following the event, mushroom challenges started giving rose nectar instead of tulip nectar.
