The Happiness Emblem (しあわせエンブレム?, lit.: "Happiness Emblem") is a treasure in Pikmin 2. It is based on a bottle cap for Squirt soda.

Description[edit]

In the US version of Pikmin 2, The cap reads "Squirt" across its face. In smaller text across the top and bottom of the treasure, the words "Contains carbonated water, sugar, grapefruit juice, citric acid, grapefruit oil" are written in small caps.

In the European version of Pikmin 2, it is a Fristi bottle cap, found on sublevel 5 of Shower Room. The cap simply reads "Fristi".

In the Japanese region of Pikmin 2, it is a Rakuren-brand milk cover and named the Good Old Memories.

In the Switch port, the treasure is an unbranded ginger ale bottle cap.

Collecting the treasure[edit]

In the GameCube version of Pikmin 2, it is found on sublevel 4 of the Glutton's Kitchen being held by a Spotty Bulbear. However, it may be subject to thievery by Breadbugs after the Bulbear's defeat.

In the New Play Control! version of Pikmin 2, it is located on sublevel 2 of the Glutton's Kitchen, either resting on a ledge or hidden inside a Breadbug's nest.

When you grow up and get a job, your time doesn't belong to you anymore. To make up for that, you have to learn to appreciate the simple pleasures in life. Looking at this pattern we found today makes me feel a little less miserable. This is today's simple pleasure.
