The Impediment Scourge is a Bottle opener found near the landing site in the Perplexing Pool, a little to the right. It lies on top of a tree trunk. The trunk is big, so it is only accessible to Yellow Pikmin. Or it can be acquired between two stumps and any Pikmin can get to it. If you are fast, you can obtain this treasure on your very first day in the Perplexing Pool.
