The Infernal Vegetable (ニガモドキ) is a green bell pepper. It is found in the third sublevel of the Cavern of Chaos. It may be guarded by Creeping Chrysanthemums or Mamutas.

- Strangely, the vegetable is described as extremely spicy, like jalapeno peppers; however bell peppers are, in fact, very mild, and some varieties may be rather sweet to the taste.
