The Utter Scrap is a crushed soda can, and it is normally the second treasure found in Pikmin 2. Despite many Pikmin 2 treasures being items that can actually be found in the real world, the Utter Scrap appears to be entirely fictional. Judging from the "ONE" and the up arrow on its body, the odds are that it is an entirely imagined brand, with a logo that states "One-up", a common term in video games that indicates an extra life, the "brand" may simply be a reference to the video-game terminology. Other than the logo, "250ml" is also written on the can.
Collecting the treasure
This treasure is in the Valley of Repose and its location is blocked by a bag which requires 35 Pikmin to deflate. In the area behind the bag, there is a Dwarf Red Bulborb and a Red Bulborb sleeping.
