The Abstract Masterpiece is a treasure found in Pikmin 2. In the NTSC version, it is found in the sixth level of the Shower Room in one of the alcoves in the area. It may get picked up by the Munge Dweevils or Anode Dweevils in the area. Other threats include Dwarf Orange Bulborbs and some Volatile Dweevils. The Abstract Masterpiece is actually a Snapple juice lid.

On it, it reads:

SAFETY BUTTON POPS UP WHEN

ORIGINAL SEAL IS BROKEN

Snapple®

REJECT IF BUTTON IS UP

The PAL version's version of this treasure is a 'PscHitt!' bottle cap, located behind the electric gate opposite the set of two scales in Perplexing Pool.

The guide is the same as for the Optical Illustration.

Notes

Olimar's journal

This is a truly heart-wrenching design. I've never been this moved by a piece of art. Every time I view it, I can't stop crying! The ship mocks me by squirting engine coolant at me, but it's obviously just jealous that it can't shed any tears.

Sales pitch

This is something that machines cannot comprehend... The heart of art, the soul of creativity. If you understand the appeal of this design, your heightened senses are at space-pilot level!
