The Princess Pearl (ヒメシンジュ?, lit.: "Princess Pearl") is a treasure found in Pikmin 2 and Pikmin 4. In Pikmin 2 it appears as something resembling the bead of a pearl necklace, an earring, or a Christmas tree ornament. In Pikmin 4 the treasure instead resembles the natural pearl of a clam. Being found inside of a Pearly Clamclamp it can be assumed that it is the creature's pearl, though serving the role of a treasure in this game as opposed to the creature's carriable corpse in Pikmin.

Collecting the treasure in Pikmin 2Edit

The strategies shown are just suggestions.

The item can be found on sublevel 6 of the Cavern of Chaos, inside a Wollyhop.

Collecting the treasure in Pikmin 4Edit

The following article or section contains guides.
The strategies shown are just suggestions.

It is inside of a Pearly Clamclamp in the circular arena at the northeastern corner of the Serene Shores. It is much easier to attack when the tide is low, as otherwise the arena is fully submerged. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Pearly Clamclamp, then throw 3 Pikmin at it.

Notes

Olimar's journal

Salvaging this treasure was a dangerous and difficult task. I found it deep in the bowels of a dank, predator-infested cavern. My only hope of surviving was to strategically use all five colors of Pikmin.

Sales pitch

This stone is for all the fathers who want their daughters to grow up to be elegant, rather than flashy. There is nothing cheap about the sparkle of this stone. It is the gift you have been looking for!

Schnauz's notesEdit

It's said a king gave this orb to his beloved daughter and that it contains all the wisdom the princess would need as next ruler of the land. Note it is not especially flashy. One can assume that's because good leadership is not about flash but about substance.

Olimar's notesEdit

My daughter's loved shiny jewels and trinkets for as long as I can remember. She used to be happy enough with pretty stones and pieces of sea glass, but now all she wants are the more illustrious items like this. That doesn't bode well for my wallet's future...

Louie's notesEdit

This would be a great gift for Nana. She could use something shiny.
