The Whiptongue Bulborb [1]is a new enemy from Pikmin 3. It has a long, narrow, slender snout which resembles that of an anteater, and has a white back with dark brown spots. Unlike the Red Bulborb's pale face, its face is a darker brown. This Bulborb attacks with a long, flexible tongue which allows it to quickly devour Pikmin from much greater ranges than other members of the Grub Dog family. Also, this Bulborb does not appear to sleep when it is unaware of the presence of Pikmin.
