The Volatile Dweevil is an enemy in Pikmin 2. They resemble walking bomb rocks, but they are acutally dweevils. Unlike other members of the same family, they will start to detonate as soon as they start walking. They are also known to drop from ceilings. The only way to kill it is to run and wait for it to detonate. However, never run into a corner. An ultra-bitter spray may be used to petrify it and then kill it, this will reward Olimar with nectar or sprays.
